At Irathor, we are dedicated to providing high-quality document signing services and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to request a refund. These Refund Terms outline the conditions under which refunds are provided and the process for requesting one. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility for Refunds
Pricing Plans:
Irathor offers four distinct pricing plans to suit the needs of different users. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Basic Plan: Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided that you have not used more than 10% of the allocated features or services included in the Basic Plan.
- Standard Plan: Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase. To be eligible, you must not have used more than 20% of the allocated features or services included in the Standard Plan.
- Professional Plan: Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial purchase. To be eligible, you must not have used more than 30% of the allocated features or services included in the Professional Plan.
- Enterprise Plan: Due to the customizable nature and advanced features of the Enterprise Plan, refunds are generally not available. However, if you believe there are extenuating circumstances, please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
- You must provide a valid reason for requesting a refund, such as dissatisfaction with our services or accidental purchase.
- Refund requests must be made within the applicable timeframes outlined above for each pricing plan.
- You must comply with our terms of service and acceptable use policies. Refunds will not be granted if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity associated with your account.
- Refunds will be granted based on the usage criteria specific to each plan, as described above.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@irathor.com with your refund request. Include your account information, the pricing plan you subscribed to, the reason for your request, and any relevant details or documentation to support your claim.
- Review Process: Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
- Approval and Processing: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- You request a refund after the applicable refund period for your pricing plan (7 days for Basic, 14 days for Standard, and 30 days for Professional).
- You have exceeded the usage thresholds for the Basic, Standard, or Professional Plans.
- You request a refund for services or features that have already been fully used or accessed.
- There is evidence of violation of our terms of service or acceptable use policies.
